摘要
梅尼埃病(Meniere’S Disease, MD)是一种临床表现为反复发作性眩晕,波动性感音神经性听力损失,耳鸣和耳胀满感的内耳疾病。反复眩晕发作的发病特征以及长期发作后引起的永久听力损害严重影响病人的生活质量。作为一个无创检查,前庭诱发肌源性电位(vestibular evoked myogenic potential, VEMP)对前庭功能的评估已得到广泛认可,本文详细的介绍了前庭诱发肌源性电位多种参数在梅尼埃病中的变化及特点,反应其在梅尼埃病中的应用研究进展。
