摘要
BIM技术应用于电网领域的变电修理技改工程,是对已有的项目管理系统的补充和完善,作为有效的辅助管理工具,是对传统变电修理技改管理模式的进一步提升;通过"三图联动"、施工方案动态模拟及风险评估,强化变电修理技改项目全过程的管控,在控制施工进度、质量、成本,以及对档案、各专业团队的人员管理方面能够起到显著效果;特别是通过安全风险管理,BIM技术直观地为施工人员提供工作区域指引和风险提示,在保障人员安全方面有着极其重大的意义。
    BIM technology is applied to the power transformation repair and technical renovation project in the field of power grid, which is a supplement and improvement to the existing project management system. As an effective auxiliary management tool, BIM technology is a further improvement and promotion of the traditional management mode of substation repair and technical renovation. Through the "Linkage of Three Diagrams", dynamic simulation of construction scheme and risk assessment, BIM Technology strengthens the management and control of the whole process of the substation repair and technical renovation project, which can play a significant role in controlling the construction progress, quality and cost, as well as personnel management of archives and professional teams. Especially for the judgement of safety risks, BIM can intuitively provide working area guidance and risk tips for the workers, and guarantee the construction progress, which is of great significance in ensuring personnel safety.
